What is Channel Citation Index?

The Channel Citation Index is formed automatically on the basis of the daily analysis of the addresses of the pages, from which the users call on the home pages of the channels. The links are taken into account within 2 months from the moment of the last calling of the visitors from them.

Important: when checking the referrers the pages parameters are cut off, i.e. for example, if URL is of the type http://www.google.com/search?q=Bloomberg TV online&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t, its part — http://www.google.com/search will be taken into account only.

Placing the links and buttons on the other sites the users thereby raise the Channel Citation Index, on which the final channel rating depends.

Increase of the channel rating has the direct effect on increase of the channel audience, which shall undoubtedly positively tell on quality of its programs.
